CARING TIPS of Your 5+2 Jewellery: 

 

  • 5+2 (5PLUS2) Jewellery are making of precious metals, gems, diamonds and pearls.  As with all fine things in life, you should take care to protect your jewellery and always store it in a fabric lined jewellery box, taking care not to drop, bash or scratch.  Gemstones can scratch each other, please do not stack your jewellery when storing; 

  • Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of precious metals.

  • We do not recommend sleeping, showering, hard contact or exercising while wearing your jewellery. 

  • Please remove your jewellery when applying scent, cosmetics, lotions, makeup, hairsprays and having hair colored; Chemical is harmful to the shining of the precious metal and dull the luster of pearl.

  • Put your jewellery on last when getting dressed and avoid wearing earrings when you are having your hair styled as they can get caught in a hair brush;

  • Avoid wearing jewellery when Swimming & Spa, the chemical, like chlorine, is especially damaging to the color of the jewellery metal;

  • Sweat may cause metal coloration, it is not recommended to wear jewellery for taking sports & outdoor activities, also, it is dangerous to wear jewellery during sports since the jewellery could cause injury to you and others.  Physical sports also increase the chance of your jewellery hitting hard surfaces, causing prong settings to loosen or gems to chip;

  • Metals like silver and gold are prone to tarnishing when not worn, so place anti-tarnish strips inside your storage boxes to eliminate the oxidants that tarnish jewelry.

 

 

WARRANTY of Your 5+2 Jewellery:

 

Subject to the following provisions of this clause, we warrant that the Products will be of satisfactory quality.  The warranty is given by 5+2 Jewellery subject to the following condition:

 

  • All the 5+2 Jewellery pieces have a limited warranty with proof of purchase directly through our web store www.5plus2.co 

  • Please note that in order for the warranty to be valid you will have to return to us your faulty item in FULL in order to repair.

  • Important information: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.

  • 5+2 Jewellery is not under liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of: (a) any defect arising from willful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the Products (whether oral or in writing); (b) misuse or alteration of the Products without our approval; (c) arising from any Customer Material supplied by you which is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the Customer and/or (d) for Products not manufactured by 5+2 Jewellery, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to 5+2 Jewellery.

  • Most of the 5+2 Jewellery is made by handcrafting and we do our best to make high quality jewellery that should meet or exceed customer expectations. However, in the event that the Products delivered to you are incomplete or you have received incorrect Products, we shall have no liability to you unless you return the goods to the address provided within 7 days of delivery of the Products in question.  Please contact us through email contact@5plus2.co about getting the return & approval procedures. 

  • Products should be returned to us in accordance with the clause as stated above, without dispute. In each case, 5+2 Jewellery will have no further liability.
