All our prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & REFUND

You will be entitled to cancel your order by email to contact@5plus2.co giving details of the goods ordered & Order ID, this must be done within 12 hours of payment, and we will reply with the confirmation of order cancellation accordingly.  

Please be aware a handling charge of US$20 may be applicable for cancelled orders where handling, postage and packaging has ensued. Normally, refund will be processed in about 15~20 days after the confirmation of the cancelling order.
