RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All the 5+2 Jewellery is carefully inspected and taking picture records before the secure shipment.  As every piece of the 5+2 Jewellery is handmade and made on demand, please understand that we do not provide exchange services for other products.  We do accept return & replacement for defective when received.  The products should be bought directly from www.5PLUS2.co

 

The return request should be sent to us when you received the parcel and under the below terms & conditions:

 

  • When you receive the item and require the return & replacement, please contact us through email contact@5plus2.co to within 7 days after receiving the parcel and getting return approval;

  • When your return application is confirmed, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This reference number must be quoted in any correspondence regarding your return ;

  • Items must be returned as-sold condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused;

  • The piece of jewellery cannot be accepted for return if the original jewellery components/parts are missed or removed;  

  • All items must be returned in the original packaging & boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box with including all the items manual, warranty card, any item accessories & gifts as well;

  • The return shipment is required to send back to our provided address within 7 days and you are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs;

  • Please ensure the returned item is adequately and securely packaged and insure your shipment.  We will not be liable for any lost or broken item on the return item.  However, once your return is received and checked in satisfactory condition by our return center, our customer support representatives will contact you for further resend the replacement arrangement.
