Make-To-Order

Every “5+2” jewellery is handcrafted and all the pieces are made to order.  Normally, we ship customer's order within 15~30 business days.  Some of the items may take a bit longer due to the complexity.  

 

We ship orders to the world Every day.  We sent our parcels to over 200 countries and our parcel will be delivered through Registered Parcel, EMS or FedEx courier services.    

 

For Local Delivery:

For Hong Kong, we offer FREE delivery service for the Hong Kong address.

 

For International Delivery: 

For Order Amount below US$150, the Flat Rate US$15 will be charged for the International Delivery Services (Registered Air Parcel)

For Order Amount between US$150 to US$799 , the Flat Rate US$25 will be charged for the International Delivery Services (EMS). 

For Order Amount between US$800 or above , the Flat Rate US$55 will be charged for the International Delivery Services (FedEx). 

The Shipping Fee will be shown on the CheckOut page.

 

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Please take note that the order amount is NOT included for any duties, taxes or customs fees.  Customer will most likely be charged an import fee (if any) of some kind. It is NOT included in the shipping fee that you pay at the time of purchase.    

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Registered Air Parcel: Estimated transit time about 2 - 4 weeks depending on geographic location. Tracking Number will be provided when order shipped.

EMS : Estimated transit time to delivery for Asia, USA & Most EU countries: 4 - 6 business days. For all other country where this service is available, please ask estimated transit time before placing the order.  Tracking Number will be provided when order shipped. 

FedEx/DHL : Estimated transit time 2 - 4 business days depending on geographic location. Tracking will be provided when order shipped.

 

 

Signed the Parcel

Parcels will need to be signed in person.  Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work).  If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. 

 

Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address, not directly to the recipient.  Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders.
